All projects need a start point and as a matter of course we carry out a free of charge mini appraisal of all potential sites and projects to ensure they are viable and there is positive planning policy in favour of development before we or a client commit to working together
The next stage is to manage a survey, make sure the site can be accessed and serviced, create the site plan and proposals, get an environmental and ecology overview, landscaping and heritage assessment, planning statement, apply for planning and appeal if necessary
Once a project has a positive planning permission it needs full technical design, engineering, mechanical and electrical design, programme & specifications, cost appraisals, tender and route to development agreeing and finance confirmed if required
All projects need to be properly considered for environmental and ecological credentials and improvements made to details to ensure that the best possible, most efficient, affordable build is created.
Organising who will do the work and on what terms and conditions, monitoring the quality of the work, sign off the work, agreeing changes and design amendments, reaching completion and aftercare requirements
We are SMSTS qualified and used to putting together and agreeing health and safety information and pre construction information carrying out site audits and making sure that persons contracted do supply required information and that is HSE compliant.
