The cost to professionally manage your construction project depends on on number of critical factors such as;

The most important part of the project is establishing a client brief and putting together a reliable and committed delivery team.  To be successful Projects need good foundations to start with!


What we do as standard and free of charge on single unit developments is to assess the land location and viability to develop, to gain and understand the client brief, look at any construction information already prepared, put together a schedule of necessary and suitably qualified and experienced professionals, produce a overall global project budget, likely programme for both the planning and the construction work phases, carry out due diligence.


Project Management can vary in cost anything between 5 & 15% of a realistic project budget subject to scope of work, quality and time constraints.  Talk to us about accurate costs for your specific project as no two projects are the same!


Offsite Project Management

Offsite work depends upon the project delivery team in place, collaborative working, and the stage we get involved as your project management as your Client's Agent, some of the tasks we can assist with on your behalf such as;


  • Developing Client / Project Briefs and advising on suitable Professional & Consultant Teams 
  • Assisting with Planning Permission and Building Regulation Applications and Latent Warrantees and Guarantees
  • Arranging Specialist Mains Services, Street works and Necessary Applications
  • Organising and Coordinating the Specifications, Drawings, Details and Reports from Professional & Consultant Teams
  • Liaison with Specialist Contractors and Designers and Scheme Development
  • Managing Sub Contract Design and Detailing and Procurement
  • Advising and Preparing Contracts and Sub Contracts for the Works
  • Preparing Fixtures and Fittings and Landscape and Finishing Schedules
  • Arranging Supplier Accounts and Client Supply Items
  • Preparing Summary Budgets and Accurate Project Costs and Monitoring Expenditures
  • Formulating Programmes and Updating of Programmes and Critical Project Path
  • Administering Works Contactors and Project Changes and Quality Management
  • Data Management for Delivery Team so to be Current Requirement Informed
  • Health and Safety Administration and Ensuring Site is Compliant and Welfare Established
  • Connecting with Local Community and Neighbours and Press Contact
  • General Clients Agent Duties for the Project so determined and agreed


In the event that any items required need to be to carried out by specifically qualified or chartered professionals we will advise all clients to seek specific / specialist advice were so needed.


All Professional and Third Party Agreements are between the Client and that Specific Entity and their work should be indemnified and warrantied to the Client first and foremost.


Once the precise requirements of us are known an accurate cost for the offsite works can be established.


We are fully Insured and members of the Association of Project Managers and have many decades of site management experience on a many different types of project of different scale and complexity.

Onsite Project Management

Onsite work really depends upon the scale of the undertaking and the site delivery team in place and their experience, qualifications and management structure.  


We can act as purely Clients Agent and call in to site at regular intervals to monitor progress or be more involved and carry out Site Management to help enable the smooth delivery of the works.  There are often critical stages during the construction programme that need far more organisation and management than others.


Once the precise requirements are known an accurate cost for the onsite works can be established.


We are fully Insured and have Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification, Emergency First Aid Level 3 and many decades of site management experience on a many different types of project of different scale and complexity.


Coaching Work and Ad Hoc Rental Person Rates

General Directors Rates;

  • Hourly Rate - £60-00 per hour
  • 4 Hour Slots - £220-00
  • 8 Hour Day Slot - £400-00
  • Longer / Regular Work - Cost to be Agreed on a Retained Role


Discounts Available for Recognised Charitable / Community Projects / Elderly or Low Income on a Case by Case basis - Talk to Us to See How We Can Help Better.


Travel Charge in Addition @ £0-50p per mile from Ledbury

Recoverable Office Costs - Postage, Large Plan Copying, Cloud Digital Storage, Out of Pocket Expenses for the Project, Statutory Fees and Charges @ proven receipt cost.


All Agreed Accounts Charged on a Fortnightly Basis subject to Agreed Contract for Services
