The role of our project management is designed to not replace any particular method of contracting work either for the design or the construction phases or increase project costs but simply professionally managing as your appointed Clients Agent to help streamline the process, cost, quality and time to achieve your requirements and brief and take some of the day to day responsibility for the project whilst you maintain your normal day to day activities.

If required we are able to look at providing either a turnkey package of works especially for site investigation works, civils and groundwork, structural shell packages and selective key parts through our network of very experienced contractors and suppliers.

We offer Free of Charge initial assessments to see if your ideas are viable and then provide written fee's for our services based upon your support needs and project requirements.
